Chief Executive Officer

Ken Forster was appointed SunteckTTS’ Chief Executive Officer in December 2014. His experience includes roles in various entrepreneurial and leadership positions, as well as selling and delivering consulting services to clients in the financial and transportation industries. Ken previously served as Chief Executive Officer of Velocity Express LLC, and AirSage, Inc. He also served as the Chief Operating Officer and President of BeavEx Inc. for seven years. Prior to joining BeavEx, Ken founded Online Insight, Inc. and served as its Chief Executive Officer. Ken is a graduate of Dartmouth College.


Chief Financial Officer

John Jacobi assumed the title and responsibilities of Chief Financial Officer effective January 2014. He is an industry veteran having spent 17 years with Ryder Systems in various senior finance and accounting roles, including most recently vice president and Chief Financial Officer of Ryder’s Supply Chain Solutions division. John received his BS is Accountancy from Villanova University and his MBA from Duke University. He will lead the organization’s finance, accounting and back office operations groups.


Chief Marketing Officer, President, Brokerage Division

Dave Dallas brings over 35 years of leadership experience in sales, recruiting, and corporate operations to SunteckTTS. Previously, he was with Landstar Transportation Logistics, serving as Vice President of International, Expedited, LTL and Power Only. Before that, he was President of TransMarkets Technologies, Regional Vice President for Landstar Express America, Regional Sales Manager with Roberts Express, and Director of Sales and Marketing for Towne Air Freight. Dave spent 10 years in the U.S. Navy, where he was responsible for recruiting and training. In 1991, he received the Navy Achievement Medal awarded by the Secretary of the Navy.


President, Capacity Division

Dave Ware joined SunteckTTS in 2007. Before that, Dave managed his own consulting firm, Ware Consulting, providing services for intermodal transportation to Norfolk Southern and the Union Pacific. Dave spent 21 years with CSX Intermodal in a variety of positions, the most recent being assistant vice president of trucking. In addition, Dave led a sales team that developed a spot market, door-to-door product that generated $150 million in annual revenues. He has a number of industry affiliations to his credit, including past member of the TTX Advisory Committee, Past Chairman IANA Operations Committee, and Past Chairman Intermodal AAR Committee.


Chief Information Officer

Sean Clancy joined SunteckTTS as Chief Information Officer in November 2014, responsible for the infrastructure and continued development of technology capabilities for our back office and agent network. Sean brings over 20 years of experience to this role with a unique blend of strategic business expertise, broad project background, and strong technology acumen. Prior to joining SunteckTTS, Sean was Vice President, Global Information Systems – Integrated Logistics – with Kuehne & Nagel, Inc. Sean is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin (Whitewater) with a BBA in Management Computer Systems and a BBA in Human Resource Management.


Executive Vice President, Risk Management & Safety

John Detlefsen joined SunteckTTS as Senior Vice President of Safety & Compliance in January 2016, responsible for broad range of duties related to SunteckTTS’ safety, compliance and risk management. John has been a safety & risk management executive and entrepreneur within the supply chain industry over 20 years. Serving in senior positions at highly regarded, billion dollar transportation companies. Previous to joining SunteckTTS, John was Vice President, Safety, Compliance & Maintenance for XPO Logistics and Pacer International. Prior to Pacer, John co-founded Gabriel Technologies serving as Executive Vice President and worked multiple businesses both public and private. In addition, John has also held roles at CSX Intermodal as Director of Risk Management and Landstar as Director of Corporate Security & Loss Prevention. He is a graduate of Jacksonville University and spent 9 years in the U.S. Navy, as a Hospital Corpsman serving in Operation Desert Storm.


Senior Vice President, Operations

Stephen Bengtson joined SunteckTTS as Senior Vice President of Operations in September 2018. Stephen brings over 20 years of leadership experience in operations, customer engagement and business development experience working across the technology and BPO service industries in both private, venture-backed and F500 organizations. Prior to joining SunteckTTS, Stephen was Senior Vice President & General Manager with Arise Virtual Solutions where he oversaw operations and led client service delivery teams. He also served as Vice President, Finance and Accounting Global BPO Services with Xerox and Practice Manager, Global Services and Industry Solutions with BroadVision. Stephen received his BA and MA in International Relations from the University of San Diego.
